I started my career by producing hedonic experiences in luxury restaurants. Eventually I gathered a wide enough experience to take a step back and look at the way we could design those experiences and do something meaningful (a current project is about inspiring childlike curiosity and playfulness through a meal)
Trying to champion the unconventional ideas of the team, I started looking into processes that would allow us to be more effective and feel more fulfilled. That was the start a personal quest to understand how to create better organisations at enabling human potential.
