Thank you so much Chelsea for comment and advise to our graphics idea we really appreciate.In Uganda being a low developed country with a lot of firms, schools, organizations, private entities and companies just emerging, this creates room for publicity for all these. Publicity is achieved through various channels graphics inclusive too. With these many bodies arising, there’s high demand for graphic designers to do publicity work for them hence assured market for these skills.
Minus sustainable donor funding, the graduates shall not face as big challenges as such for we shall not only be offering them graphics skills but also other skills as I mentioned in the beneficiary feedback phase. We believe the other skills included shall enable them thrive in the ever changing job world of Uganda. Thank you for your attention.

About what we intend to do on the challenges, we shall incorporate the corporate structures like companies through their community support programs. We shall request them to support our beneficiaries with start up kits and capital. We shall also reach to NGO's which can support our beneficiaries.
In order to motivate the youths to participate in our program, we shall organize holistic activities like games and sports, music, dance and drama activities which are most liked by the youths.

Thanks Aya for the comment we highly appreciate and apologize for the delayed reply.
 However, we intend to use both local and professional structures to ensure that the participants get to know the program and these shall include;
Community dialogues.
Door to door outreaches
Local council community gatherings.
Community notice boards and mega phones
Social Media platforms
Radio spot messages and Tv stations
Informational Education and Communication materials
Partners and Community leaders.
On the point of how it looks to participate in the program, our participants will be exposed to different graphic designing sessions which are intended to give them experience an knowledge in
Static graphics which includes, designing and printing t-shirts, bill boards, banners, logos, business cards and e.t.c
Motion graphics which includes; computer animations,
Ceramic arts
We shall also engage our participants in videography which include media production, video documentation and sound recording and business like marketing and business leadership.
We shall also organise idea pitching sessions
After engaging the participants in a three months training, our participants with unique and innovative ideas shall be supported with start up kits which they will use in groups formed. These will also be inspired to participate in the current government youths programs like the Youth Livelihood Fund, Community Driven Development Fund as an alternative way to mobilize start capital and other resources for their enterprises. We shall also develop an employer networking strategy through our beneficiaries will be linked to the people or institutions who needs graphic designers. We shall form a plat form of graphics alumni where we shall gather and share ideas on how to improve the graphics business. Continuous follow ups will be made on our beneficiaries for effective monitoring and evaluation to assess the impact of our program.
