Hi Chidozie, this seems like a great idea. I wonder how sustainable it is, e.g. how much cassava starch needs to be produced to cover the needs of the population and isn't there going to be a threat of negatively impacting the eco-system by a, let's say, mass production of cassava? Sorry I am not too well aware of how this crop is being cultivated, so perhaps you might explain in your proposal a little more about the process, where it usually grows and what resources it needs to be cultivated.
