If I understand correctly, this is an app that the disabled individuals can use. These individuals in rural areas are the most in need as they are mostly ignored or bullied. Families often orphan children with disabilities, this means these individuals will have no funds to buy a mobile device and would therefore not be able to make use of this. Do you perhaps have any plans to assist acquiring the means to use this app?
