I suspect we pay a heavy price for indiscipline in our day-to-day lives. Breaking rules becomes the norm, uncouth behaviour (breaking the queue, aggressive driving ) becomes routine. Apathetic or at least ineffective leadership becomes acceptable. I lead a hospital where safety should be a pre-requisite to functioning; the reality is that safe behaviour is at odds with the daily reality Indians encounter.
I feel energized simply reading about such thinking. The idea of having impact on scale is attractive but many of us don'the see a viable way of achieving it. I love the inspiration and direction that Sanjay and Anita are providing through IYM!
