Mansi, thanks so much for the summary!  Mansi and Lucy -- enjoyed working with you.
Daniel, what also came up for us is that this concept would seem readily doable and marketable for an audience that is not necessarily degree seeking and also might be a great way to pilot the concept and work out the credits/transcript/matriculation challenges.
Sooo, can you target that early career, mid career, or senior life long learner that wants to take a cool class or two at different institutions in their region and wants to shop and only deal with one entity.  Just a thought.

Very much like your idea, and at a more trivial level, your tagline! App development -- there is probably a clear pathway there. How about the issue of sparking interest, views, participation? And any way to connect our ideas?

Points well taken. I would imagine the following:

In this model, there remain key roles for high school and CBO (community based organization) advisors that could work through the platform with a student -- as well as parents when feasible.
The platform that manages the brokering of the bid and the educational relationship would have an array of Templates and Sample Paths to reference.

And once students begin moving through the process, with permission, various actual Student Educational Plans could be shared broadly, to inspire others on possible options for designing a program, or to your point -- providing some reality check information.

Appreciate the comments!
