Thanks a lot for your comment. The good thing about an information and communication platform like Esoko is that it enables  to send any information to improve farmers' quality of life. Access to information is key and in particular referring to your specific comment about PHL, it would be great to develop a series of high quality content to educate farmers about this problem.

E-Soko Rwanda is different Esoko. I understand that E-Soko Rwanda is a program led by the government while Esoko is a private company that can also offers its services to government. 
So we are indeed replicating a very similar project in Mexico but we do in collaboration with Esoko. You can find more information on Esoko.com
