Aha! Great, am happy to fill you in. we envisage to implement a freemium revenue model where we offer basic package (comes with sign language translation feature) to users at no cost while the premium package (comes with extra features i.e. Internet of Things features that help users/beneficiaries to track their health through Health and Fitness devices, critical for collecting patient data necessary for diseases management), this way we will be able to sustain Beacon Inclusive in the long run. We are targeting Health Institutions, Deaf Community, Hearing Population and Elderly Population. For elderly population, presbycusis (age-related damage to the cochlea) is the biggest cause of hearing loss among the aging population, so through Beacon Chat, they will be able to communicate with GP/Health practitioner if they suffered deafness, furthermore elderly population are more vulnerable to diseases hence important to track their health, and this is served through the premium version. Beacon Inclusive was founded upon values embracing diversity and inclusion for all in society, and we envision an inclusive future where everyone irrespective of gender, race and ability lives in dignity. We see Beacon Chat core in fostering Inclusion for Marginalized Groups, and thus Beacon Chat will be used as a communication tool connecting Deaf Culture and Mainstream society. And finally, for Hospitals and Deaf Community, (this is our main focus) Beacon Chat will be used to facilitate access to health care for Deaf Culture, and Health Institutions.
