What I truly admire about this article is article is that it also outlines the need for gender equality in the workplace starting with the youth. Most youth (young graduates or entry level workers) are commonly fed the misconception of who has the right gender/legal right for a job. Whereas with this project in effect the massive transformation in thinking will mean rapid growth and change in how information is processed. No longer will the gender card hold in any circumstances with proper training of the youth. Choices and decisions will be made easier for those who have different skills and talents that will indeed benefit their emerging markets as well as their communities. Furthermore, should the government and the private sector combine resources, training for some very relevant skills would take half the time with double the support and efforts.
