My first thought was that your writing about CSR teams was a good sign b/c the spark or connection was there for someone besides myself. Working without a team has left me really looking to get feedback! I think there is a real business prop for CSR teams to offer this as a way to showcase the effectiveness of there approach in keeping employees healthy and engaged.
I am going to take a look and see if programs like this exist already and track similar programs (i.e. pairing seniors with other age groups) that have a different objective. This could all be really useful for ideating. Also, the service work aspect really interests me and I have been involved with a bit of this so hopefully I can rely on my network to gain interviews and insights from HR departments and volunteer coordinators.
