Hello Chelsea! First of all, thank you very much for your kind feedback! As you noticed, sustainability is very important to our efforts. We consulted similar initiatives such as Nairobi's IHUB and PAWA254, Tigo's Reach For Change, Innovation Village in Rwanda, Klab in Kigali, and we have the same challenge: sustaining our efforts. And it's a challenge that we share with our beneficiaries too, who are struggling to stay in business. We improved our business model in the attached full proposal documents and we believe it will play an important role in our sustainability plan. About reaching the poor in villages outside Kigali, we know we do not attract enough applications from the villages. As a reach-out strategy, we host information sessions outside Kigali in venues that attracts lots of youth, we translated our application information in Kinyarwanda, and we are planning on opening a physical space, hubs, in Provinces outside Kigali, if we can raise the budget. So as of now, they can apply and get funded, they can attend our trainings and find mentors, the only missing aspect of the Creative Hub experience is the co-working space and access to equipment. Last, We are very thankful for the challenge and how the questions, feedback, and the overall design of the challenge guided us to think better and clearer about our intervention. We are looking forward to a continued partnership and we want to keep learning and improving to truly be an entity capable of expanding economic opportunities to youth in the region.
