Our planet’s resources are limited, but I wholeheartedly believe there’s no limit to the human imagination, or to our capacity to solve formidable problems. I'm bold enough to believe that the food we all choose to eat can change the course of our planet, and improve a broken food system.
Hi Jen, I think it's a brilliant idea. As I sit in Starbucks, it really bugs me to be served in a disposable cup. Rethinking cups to go, why not make collapsible cuts that can easily be stored in a pocket or purse? These coffee houses can provide a discount if they deliver your drink in your own cup. We can extend that to when shopping bulk at grocery stores. The sky's the limit for design. Any designers out there???
