We hadn't thought of that angle, but we'll definitely integrate it into our program and couple it with a proposed certification program. We believe that this approach will allow for immediate industry relevance, internship opportunities and job placements as well.

We're still too young as an organisation to have solid long-term quantitative impact data for high-school students, drop-outs and university careers since this kind of impact will be seen a few years from now. However, we're currently working on a qualitative impact report using the Most Significant Change Technique to measure the important but un-measurable changes in the lives, mindsets and attitudes of our current beneficiaries and their immediate secondary beneficiaries like parents and community members.
We'll also be able to release stronger quantitative reports once we set up the Fundi Spaces and run them for a bit. We will have shorter impact and attitudinal change cycles for the skill-development and vocational training and mid-term data for career changes.
Yes, we're working on certifications at two levels -
1. Normal Fundi Bots certifications - which would currently be representative of the skills gained. 2. (Long term) certifications / accreditations that are recognized at the country and/or international level.
So our current impact path would be: Exposure to possibilities -> Learning/training -> Certification -> Employment.
