As a Product Designer, I have helped design agencies and start-ups to develop innovative and disruptive solutions for products and services.
I'm a firm believer in the power of the human-centered design methodology when you design "with" people and not "for" the people in a collaborative and participatory process. Empathy has the power to enhance relationships and can create strong connections between brands and people.
Design has a vital role in the development of a sustainable future and I strive to incorporate sustainable methods in all of my creations.
I believe both physical and digital platform would work well in this case. But I think digital could be more efficient to manage itself and also could achieve the sales demand quicker than physical ones. Unverpackt concept is brilliant! Packaging is big issue in the the whole food production/consumption. Here in UK the majority of supermarkets adopt packaging for everything which is awful. There is another brand similar to the Original Unverpackt here in London called Unpackaged. http://now-here-this.timeout.com/2012/12/07/be-unpackaged-zero-packaging-grocery-moves-to-hackney/
