Pato! I think this is a great tool to help communities with low income. I see this as a big opportunity in 3erd world countries and some parts of the US. My biggest concerns would be in implementation of the model. I think that educating the user is a very careful and important step. Entering and live teaching of SÄÄSTÖT is the most effective way to get people from that social levels to interact with the product. Also, a big focus you should focus on would be on the groceries stores and other physical locations. Since this usually this are in the same community as the users, they would need to have a strong control in order to manage SÄÄSTÖT reliably. This is a key factor for the user to put their money on the envelope with ease. The starting point for the customer is the most crucial point of the interface. Once people can see that the SÄÄSTÖT model works and benefits them, there shouldn't be mayor obstacles to keep them them as users and attract new ones.
