The idea is good and it can be very succeful and upon creating trust you can try to use contract or providing shares to those that will be contributing food for the project .  And another challenge will be scaling out the beneficiaries, as for the start i think it will be ok to have a small targeted population before expanding the present. Nevertheless it is a good project worth to be im presented.
