Congratulations Alphonse and the entire Tech Lab team! I am so impressed by how you took the lessons from your experiences in the lab last year and used them in a way to move the lab in the new direction of becoming a makerspace. Building on past work is something that many people (including myself) often forget to do in the face of a new an exciting idea, and thus I think your approach to this new phase of the project shows a lot of maturity.
I am wondering if/how you are considering working with the new fablab in Rwanda, which also considers itself a makerspace? In addition, what sets you apart from what the fablab is doing (or do you want to be set apart at all?)? I think that there's a lot of room for potential collaboration there, and I would like to hear any thoughts you have on that.
Congrats and I'm excited to hear where you go with this new phase of the lab! We are excited to continue providing you with support in growing the lab.
