Thrive and Strive

This is Group 2 from Cornell University. Our project is 'Thrive and Strive'. THRIVE: A water filter is distributed to each family unit. This filter converts an accessible resource such as urine into clean drinking water. The food package is nonperishable food that is also distributed to each family unit. This provides nutrition for each family to kickstart a new life. STRIVE: The development space is a variation on the adventure playground concept. It allows the children to individually and collectively role play, self organize, build and play, etc. with available local materials. This is different than traditional adventure playgrounds because activities, stories, and the children's progress is shared with the online intern

Hi there,
I think the idea to provide a water filter is good and useful for the poor families. However, cause the machine needs to regularly change the replacement inside, have you think about the cost for it?
