Pre-school community-led initiative
This idea is aimed at triggering a positive response from parents and guardians to act in a communal set up for the collective good of their children. It involves providing a structure to act as a classroom for kids.No fee is necessary for attendance but parents may donate whatever they can manage, whether money, toys or food or nothing at all. This will send positive message that you are not there for the monetary profits but to help them with their children's development and wellbeing. Ensure everyone understand importance of collective contribution towards the success of the programme. Trained volunteers must be identified within the community to help minding the institution.
Community leaders must be consulted in order to identify an ideal place for the institution. The leaders may also help in encouraging the people to send their kids to institution instead of keeping them at home. This will give them time to do other things when kids are away, knowing they are in safe hands.
