Explain your idea. (500 character limit)

Its about taking free services close to people in communities and schools because some people need them but can't get them. people get sick but have no solutions because services a far from them, people look for condoms but have no access to the and end up having live sex which may lead to unwanted pregnancy or HIV/AIDS to young people.

What is your value proposition? (500 character limit)

it will be free and they won't have to move long distance to be worked. we will have linkage format to use when working with health centers which will be giving free youth friendly services for easy work.

What's different about your idea compared to current solutions? (500 character limit)

My idea will be going down to the roots and it will be working with hospitals and Health Centres at all levels will be even taking service to people down in the communities and schools and at the end of year we will be doing meetings with people who have been using the service to tell us what we cane change from the way they have seen.

How would you measure the impact your idea has on your end user(s) ? How will you measure the success of your program? (500 character limit)

By number of complaint link to health centres and people coming back for more information. By us having meetings in communities and schools to talk about how our work has been and getting feedback from people who used of services at all levels. By use of our data to see how we did it and number of people reached out to.

Only 36.2 percent of women and 52.9 percent of men between 20 and 24 used a condom during their last sexual intercourse in the past 12 months, according to the National AIDS Indicator Survey, launched on 18 September. Among those who had more than two partners in the past 12 months, only 23.4 percent of women and 30 percent of men reported using a condom during their last intercourse. The research also reveals that a majority of young Ugandans lack comprehensive knowledge about HIV; just 39 percent of men and women aged 15 to 24 have all the facts on how HIV is spread and how it can be prevented.

The country's HIV prevention strategies have been called into question following a rise in HIV prevalence from 6.4 percent to 7.3 percent over the past five years.

Uganda has long relied on the ‘ABC-plus’ model, which includes abstinence, being faithful and condom use, as well as measures to prevent the mother-to-child-transmission of HIV and, more recently, methods such as medical male circumcision. Government officials say there is a need for more focus on condom use for young people.
