The call that connects!
Similar to a Meals on Wheels concept, I know someone who works with TLC - Tender Loving Cusine. Their main purpose is the production and supply of meals to the homebound ederly. The model included a number of ways one could order including being on the monthly call-up list. One of the unexpected benefits of this was the connection and 'welfare check' that the call provided, with many enjoying the quick call asking how they were and what they were up to that day before taking their preferred order.
