Schools giving course credit to young people to help older people.

The youth can get credits or referrals, on linkedIn or google, the more people a young person helps, they can win a prize that is of value to them. Can be a bursary for collage, tuition or an wonderful opportunity to meet someone of their dreams. Each young person who participates in the program is awarded with a certificate of participation.

Young people always speak about how they feel under valued, when the schools give out certificates and awards, the winner always feels good. However, make it in a way that everyone who participates in a winner on some level, feel appricated.
Recognition is something important for young people to access at a young age. Also helping others is rewarding to knowing that contributing is a moral duty and cause.
