How would you describe your idea in one sentence?

Connecting Skills through exchanging experiences between young people (computer skills, energy) and older people ( life experience, advice).
The recruitment of young talent must come via Social Clubs that already have a base of younf people willing to donate their time and effort in community service activities. Most young people (age 15-24) already have computer skills they can share with older people living in retirement homes. This way we can encourage the changing of experiences between a young person and an older person and exchanging points of view. Thus, we would be providing a useful skill to seniors so they can become once again active members of the workforce. Many CallCenters do hire older people (that have computer skills and are able to use the programs needed in callcenters). This leads to make senior citizens feel valuable and that they are contribuiting something. Unite generations.
