Our participation in this challenge has been a Blessing to us!

We were able to learn how to share our story with people. And in this process, a friend from Global Development Groups got interested in our idea and on 4th/01/2017- he gave us the seed capital of $25,000 to implement part of this project in Manafwa and Mbale districts in Uganda targeting 1400 households (Approximately 9800 people) who will use our solar systems to light homes and power businesses. We are recruiting 4 youths on this project and work begun today.

We are so grateful to OpenIdeo for creating this platform and enabling us to share our idea and obtain funding.
