EXPLAIN YOUR IDEA

Set up a Skills Lab: A unique place where knowledge, experience, and training converge. Driven by the ethos of guaranteeing ‘Skills for all,' technology and data to drive and deliver on skills training. Skills Lab: Work in phases Research Lab: We want to leverage on data and create a platform whereby constant industrial and labor market trends and analysis can be carried out, that will seek to inform the nature of skills that are in demand. This will deepen even to get data on how the particular skills in order can be delivered, based on what job profiles are a fit to the conditions of the market. Learning Lab: Building on the process of designing specific industry skills training programs that fit the conditions and need of the labour market, and can be offered to a wide range of young people. Designing digitally accessible curriculum, instructional and training manual for use during the trainings. Our aim is to leverage on technology and have the training curriculum and instructional materials, formatted for use on a tablet and other gadget, making it easier for both the trainers and students to access the content Training Lab: With curriculum and instructions for training online, the next phase will aim to ensure the training is delivered to young people while ensuring it is within their reach. The process will enlist the services of knowledgeable trainers, to offer a wide variety of training to as many young persons as possible
