Rock Your Life! equips volunteering students with coaching skills. Moreover they organize relationships between those coaches and deprived pupils guiding them through a structured coaching process on their way to career.

The goal of this two year lasting relationships is supporting the pupils in developing their individual potential, encouraging their talents, visions, and skills as well as broaden their horizon.

After successfully completing the program pupils shape their future motivated and self-confidently.

The RYL!-coaches gain more social mobility and more equality of educational opportunity. Moreover they benefit from training in practical skills, which are not to find at university.

Rock Your Life!’s goals are social mobility, equality of educational opportunity and the growing perception and support of youth’s potential.

Hi LinhChi,

sorry for the confusion. It's the students who get the training and necessary coaching skills. (I think this is more or less about checking if the volunteer got the right personality, matching with the project's goals). After getting trained the students act as coaches and get allocated with a "buddy" who can use some coaching....

Just let me know, if there are any further questions...

All the best!
