When I was an undergrad, I spent a lot of time at my internship learning about the hiring process and what it takes to be a good candidate. I also learned a lot about the industry and when I finished school, I was able to find a job easily.

Great sharing of experience. Internships or mentorships are great opportunities, and it's good to hear how you made the most of yours.

Thank you Arjan! Yes, I believe that the best way to get a job out of college is to pay your dues as an student and work for free if it is necessary. This will provide priceless networking opportunities...not to mention an opportunity to learn from those currently in the industry!
