EVERY MONTH, A THEME (SEGREGATION, LOVE, HUNGER, WASTE) WILL BE ANNOUNCED @ WWW.EXPOSE.ORG. LOCAL ARTISTS WILL BE ABLE TO SIGN UIP WITH A COPY OF THEIR SELECTED WORKS FOR ENTRY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE THEMEM. THE TOP 50 ARTISTS WILL BE SELECTED, AND HAVE THEIR NAMES SENT OUT ON A LIST, WITH THE SPECIFIED THEME, T0 EVERYONE IN THE ART BIZ, OR RELATED TO THE INDUSTRY. THE TOP CONTESTANT, WILL BE ABLE TO PAINT A MURAL ON THE HOST BUILDING (WHICH WILL ALWAYS BE AN ABANDONED BUILDING-TO BRING ATTENTION TO THE ISSUE) PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

How will your concept support young people as they transition into the world of work?

This will give young artists the oppourtunity to connect, and share their ideas with locals. they will also gain support from whoever may be in attendance of the monthly conference.

What online or in-person components of your concept will best support this transition?

The speech component of this project, will give artists the oppourtunity to articulate their ideas to the public. There is no pressure at these conferences, so it will make the transition into the work field, for young artists, much easier.

yeah thats just my opinion but supporting local artists misses the point in gettin kids educated, espeacilly when doing art and stuff like this is more a tendency of families with higher income than the blue collar workers - what you want to to is to support the rich kids in doing their creative stuff instead of bringing some enlightning material in the field to the uneducated... furthermore i dislike your use of capslock deep from my heart ....
