We have created a model whereby Matric students from unemployed and very low income families can get an opportunity to get a University Degree which is highly important to the growing and challenging economy of our Country South Africa.

The idea is for Youth Development, Empowerment, Mentorship and holistic support throughout their University life and beyond by means of intergration to Internship programs that give them experience offered by Corporate Companies and Public Sector in our country. We have gained a lot of support on our sms line due to the Media Launch that we had on the 24th of July at The Michelangelo Hotel, more people are now getting to know about LBOC. How is your idea specifically increasing access to employment opportunities and pathways for young people?

We have aligned and cemented relationships with Corporate Companies to create an opportunity for our Graduates to get intergrated on Internships or Trainee programmes within these companies.
