1.Teach parents how to encourage their children's dreams

Most AFRICAN parents want to live their dreams through children and that hinders their success
For example a youth wants to be a hair dresser but the parents want her to be a computer technician because that makes more sense to the parents. In the end the youth graduates in something they have no interest in and as we all know it's very hard to be good at something you don't like. But if the parents had focused on the hairdressing skills maybe this child would have managed to build their own beauty spa.

2.Sensitize corporate and small companies about Internship.

The education system in Uganda is theory based and the resources in schools are not enough for all the children
For instance a computer class has 20 students in it but there are only 3 computers in the whole class so imagine 6 people sharing one computer really how are they all going to type on one key board. So you have students graduating with Honors but can not even type or fix a broken computer. The easiest solution to this is provide more computers but we all know how hard that is so if we approach all the corporate and small business's to allow the internship program both the youth and companies will benefit from it.
The youth will get hands on training and also get to experience what it will be like in the working world, maybe this will also motivate them to open up there own companies in future. In turn the companies can also recruit the interns that they think will be valuable to join their team hence creating job opportunities
