Forward-thinking employers around the world are developing creative ways of testing skills such as collaboration and problem solving. However, many talented young people still struggle with traditional recruiting approaches. Re-defining talent and how it is sought also presents ample opportunities for addressing this bottleneck in the employment ecosystem.
  • How might we re-think the recruiting process to align the needs of employers with  potential employees’ talent?
  • How might we create tools that enable multiple employers to meet their recruiting needs in innovative, meaningful ways?
  • How might we empower youth with the skills to prepare for the recruiting journey?
