For a myriad of reasons, many young people face challenges in staying focused on their education and employment pursuits. Some of them may have had less opportunities than others which could lead to a decrease in motivation, understanding of or access to relevant in-roads to employment.  Let’s think about ways that support them to discover and focus their talents – and pave an inclusive road to success with our fresh thinking.
  • How might we envision new pathways to employment for struggling youth?
  • How might we empower youth with fresh confidence and enthusiasm for pursuing employment?
  • How might we engage educators, parents and employers to support youth to stay motivated and engaged?
