Create Connections

Let’s support young people to identify sources and create connections to learn about available employment opportunities, techniques during the application process and how to follow up once they have applied to a job.

Young people may lack the networks and connections that are traditionally the major sources of access to job opportunities. Yet, most people get their first jobs through networks of families, friends and/or acquaintances. Let’s support young people to identify sources and create connections to learn about available employment opportunities,  techniques during the application process and how to follow up once they have applied to a job.
  • How might we enable youth to identify and pursue employment opportunities through strengthened networks & improved access to information?
  • How might we introduce more fun and engaging ways for young people to widen their networks?
  • How might we  empower youth with the confidence to network effectively?
  • How might we help older folks understand the benefits of networking with youth, who will be their future colleagues?

Create a plattform that works as a homework plattform for pupils and students. There they might change their ideas to a topic, they have to work on. This creates a chance to ring different pupils from different schools with varied backround together.
