The lady who runs the program not only educates groups (students and working professionals) to look out for certain problematic behaviours, but brings in an economic side that companies can more quickly relate to.

For example, she may do some math to show how harassment in the workplace leads to employee sick days (or general time off), negative morale, and the like. This in turn, increases costs for the company.
