What if that isn't a competition?

Maybe there shouldn't be a gender equality, and we have been wrong for years! It is not a competition between men and women and it is not a scale which has women on one side and men on the other side. Empowering women doesn't necessarily mean enslaving men!

While I was doing my research about this challange I realized that there is always a comparison between men's and women's right and according to me it might create a perception of compatition between genders as an example think about the scale and there is men on one side and womens on the other side.

As a new lense, maybe we need an other perspective rather then the gender equality and women need to define their goals and rights regardless of men's.

It would be great if everyone in society would be able to see the world from another lens. Unfortunately, western society is dominated by a male perspective. And the successes of women will always be in comparison to the successes of men.
