   Villages in the Philippines usually have painstakingly long processes to create their product.


   One example is the peanut industry. To sell just one bag of peanuts, it takes hours to break all the peanut shells. Illac Diaz helped design a peanut shell breaking device which literally takes seconds to do, as opposed to the grueling hours of peeling each peanut one by one! Thus their business process is optimized and garners hope to ramp up their work.
