Employee surveys reveal that majority of employees are unengaged. Voters are not showing up to the election booths...Have we entered the era of distraction and unengagement.


On the other hand, we have open source developments such as Wikipedia, Linux, Ubuntu....People get together for fun and interesting challenges such as ilovebees....


We need to empower communities to decide and act and to learn together to create sustainable communities. Technology is developing, but we are behind in upgrading our cultural and political notions....

How far do we go with the concept of online democracy? Do you imagine the 2012 elections taking place online? Should we be able to manage our government accounts and political decisions as we do our bank accounts?
