The concept is a stratetgy based database engine which withe help of some analytical tools will be able to develop a quotient of wellness per employee ;. Employees will also be able to make suggestions and manage performance. The Wellness coach or administrator will then according to the wellness budget be able to make recomendations according to what the company needs and what the employees strategise .
