What are the benefits of your concept for the individual and the employer?

Stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behaviour. Being able to recognize common stress symptoms can give you a jump on managing them. Stress that's left unchecked can contribute to health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes. Everyone react to stress in different way depend on their personality and how they respond to pressure. Your body responds to stress differently depending on whether the stress is new — acute or whether the stress has been around for a longer time. The Stress Watch is Design for special stress releasing device. In addition to keeping the time, reports the Biofeedback of several body functions. It located conveniently on the strap; the sensors monitor the heart rate, skin conductance, and body temperature. When you become stressed, the watch alerts you to take a break, this device are scientifically proven.

What might the impact of your concept be and how might it be measured?

If chronic, stress can have serious health consequences, and is a leading risk factor for heart diseases, Diabetes, asthma and depression. Individual volunteers from small, medium and large size organization.

In many workplaces such as office environments stress plays a great part in everyone. This mini gadget of being able to monitor your stress levels is a great concept as it will allow employees to know when they have to relax and take a break from all the tension and stress. This is a great way of being able to know when you just have to stop working.

However, what will you do to ensure employees do not use this just as a stress reader?
