Great insights, Francesca. Having snippets into their businesses Ike this is invaluable for start ups. It's really helpful to see how others have done it and hear what's been successful/a failure.

Everyone admires certain companies and wants to be like a particular one but knowing what they/Fast Company think are the reasons for success is really appealing!
