When you join CouchSurfing, you tap into it's network of welcoming people worldwide. You can share your hospitality and experience your city through new eyes by offering travelers a place to stay on their journey. You can bypass the typical hotel experience by staying at the home of a local and learning about their culture. You can join cool and interesting people for anything from a bike ride to a party using CouchSurfing Activities. And you can meet up with new people, whether at home or while traveling, for inspiring experiences and new friendships.

Interesting thought. A couchsurfing-like site for entrepreneurs. Travel, discover a new country and share experience of entrepreneurship. I see a concept here, Avi!

We had a few startup founder friends stay over at our place in Berkeley. Nothing like an insider's view of any place, and late night conversations might sprout new startup combinations:)

A bit like this in SF http://www.openideo.com/open/web-start-up/inspiration/move-over-playboy-sf-has-a-startup-blackbox-mansion./

Exactly, but on a global scale. James, you should develop a couchsurfing + airbnb + blackbox mashup into a viable concept!

Maybe Airbnb should introduce this feature for entepreneurs to meet other entrepreneurs, or artists to meet other artists, muscians to muscians and so on and so on.......

Avi: Sent message on twitter to Brian Chesky Airbnb co-founder, he gave a good speech at London launch, maybe he'll reply and put something into the community as they are all designers I think... :)

I want to do something small and actually realise it as pursuing my startup now which is keeping me plenty busy. A startup dictionary I think should be cool and do-able.

Listen up @Airbnb :) I'm pretty sure most startup founders are using Airbnb already!

Or maybe I should cc. Blackbox and they could propose the system on top of Airbnb as they already use airbnb....

A global network of Blackboxes:)
