With our very successful and international well-known investors Oliver Jung, Klaus Hommels and Harish Bahl and very experienced CEOs and founders, Springstar gives you the opportunity to get exclusive insights into the StartUp- scene. 
You´ll work together with our founders and CEO´s to learn all aspects of leading a successful company, i.e. Business Development, Online Marketing, Productmanagement, Webdesign, HR , IT etc. . 
As Springstar is very experienced in building up and supporting awesome projects and companies, you´ll participate in developing new ideas and build them up from scratch. But most important: You´ll have responsibility from day one for different parts of one or more projects."

It does seem so. They are training international talent and committed to idea that it's the team that primes over other factors. Much in the same spirit as Yc's new program for entrepreneurs without an plan.
