EC websites are often painful. The EC could pay start ups to improve interaction, organisation and effectiveness of EC websites - the Start Up would would then split their time - 50% on redesigning EC sites + 50% on their own project.
Building on the provision of space concepts, the Start Up Shop would be a gathering of start ups with access to a paid staff of developers, designers and business (Accounting, Legal, IP, Brand, Marketing) consultants, all happily funded by the EC!
