How does your idea apply new technologies to make agriculture and water systems more resilient in the face of climate threats?

By reducing rainwater in urban areas that would be wasted and making health appropriate use of the water we can increase resiliency of urban areas and reduce stress on existing water supply networks

What early, lightweight experiment might you try out in your own community to find out if the idea will meet your expectations?

Explore existing architectures that collect rainwater and assess pros and cons and areas for improvement

How do you plan to grow or scale this idea?

With the help of organizations involved in water resiliency

Hi Devendra,

It is an interesting idea. Coming from a background in Architecture, I am curious to learn more about which organizations you propose working with to expand this idea (on both the design level and city level). Something to consider, some states have laws restricting the collection of rainwater. This has prevented some architects from integrating rain harvesting systems into their designs. Love to see what areas you focus on and how this could work with existing state laws.

I was thinking of urban and sub-urban planners and architects.
You are spot on about some of the policies but we have to start where we can.
Any thoughts on organizations would help - this is very much a concept and nothing more
