In huge democracies the irony is the -good and the bad practices exist together, but it takes a while for people to identify and implement.
Technologies have helped us minimise these distances, connect missing links and manifold growth as if a epidemic and its fascinating how certain things TIP in no time.
While trying to understand the USA election voting process online (for myself) , all this while , I felt slightly lost because it seems what works at one place is not working at other !
On paper all the options are available and yet there are complaints about a blind voter returning without being able to vote (http://blogs.tennessean.com/politics/2012/american-association-of-people-with-disabilities-says-id-law-unfair )

I wished I could find a website which would highlite what is the best practice so far for people with dementia or partial impairment and build upon that –in a simple format and not documents - as simple as info-graphics. Infographics and data visualization so that it doesn’t take for ever to comprehend the information.
What can one learn from the mistake of another ? and how quick before loosing any more vote counts !!
Lets us use technology with info graphics, data visualization to rate different voting practices at different situations, constraints and implement the best ones to get quick results manifold with effective implementation .
Rate different practices for different user group ( accessible , rural , military etc .)
Highlight defects of every practice /mode
Disclosed immediately to electoral officials and public.
Election officials would benefit from such database which is online.
