Mobile Phone Voting

With the growth of low cost mobile phone devices and networks in underserved regions, they provide a great potential platform for voting. With certain phone features, a variety of interfaces could engage voters otherwise unable to cast their vote.

Increased accessibility.  Location agnostic allowing people those with mobility issues (and others) to vote at any location, rather than just at a polling place.  A platform that can provide a number of interfaces - button, sound, images.  WIth internet connectivity or without (via sms).  Mobile phones can provide solutions to many barriers that impede populations voting practices.
