Including all in election phases and processes

Usually election phases, processes and activities are done within available means, space and to include available people. Little effort is done to include those requiring extra effort to reach them hence their exclusion.

Everybody should be included in all electoral processes in the country irrespective of barriers like finances, geography, incapacity of electoral governing bodies etc. The tendency is for urban and sub urban populations to be reached, while very often keeping aside those in enclave areas, illiterates, disabled, women etc
