Brain scanning controlled interface devices can adapt to the user by initial tasks, combined with alternative feedbacks to the user; visual, audio and brail, it could be quite accessible even for people with severe disability.

"Tan Le's astonishing new computer interface reads its user's brainwaves, making it possible to control virtual objects, and even physical electronics, with mere thoughts (and a little concentration). She demos the headset, and talks about its far-reaching applications."

The liked talk gives some idea what this technology can achieve. I imagine this as a solution for a person with no mobility at all who wants to vote. As long as this person can receive communication in some way, the computer can give feedback in that form and language. Requesting you to chose who you like to put your vote for.
