This amazing video by Storytellers for Good showcases the work of Back on My Feet - an organization with a growing number of chapters across the United States which helps homeless through the power of exercise. By committing to a morning running club and training schedule, homeless individuals are able to join a community, find a sense of empowerment and engage in educational and job training as a benefit of their participation. Through the power of commitment towards a common goal, they are able to find inspiration within themselves to seek both mental and physical betterment.
