A concert hall should be the place to celebrate community music and not just what commercialism dictates. Performed by a local ensemble, music by local composers, theme of the music will be about the days of our lives (local soap operas included!).

The Ministry of Make and Do assigns a team of four 'make and doers' to each area of the city. They run collaborative design challenges in the area, a bit like OpenIDEO but with more place based/location specific information.

University students get free plots of land to create their design. Students' tuition for the class goes to the city where they pay local employees to bring student designs to life. Local municipality adds funds to projects they like.

Modern society increasingly isolates individuals and families inside the community; creating a basic guideline to form groups and a forum similar to Narcotics Anonymous would allow a community to generate gatherings with minimal organization.

Who would be better ambassadors than local youths?
Local youths can guide visitors on walking tours through their cities/ towns.
Routes go beyond the main streets, showing visitors the city as the residents see it.
